What makes you most happy at work?
I love the people here and the growth I experience. I love that I work for such a fantastic company and because of that, it is so easy for me to promote. I never plan on leaving because I've found a fantastic home here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is great! I love that it's reasonable, which makes me feel comfortable that this company will be around for a long long time because there are smart business decisions being made. I also love that extra benefits are things that enhance life & are important.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's focused on people and having balance in life. Bamboo isn't focused on work work work, but working while you're at work, and GOING HOME and forgetting about work when you're at home. If you are in our parking lot after 5, it is VERY likely that it will be empty. It's because we care about people
What are some of the best things about your team?
They have become some of my very best friends. I love being with them at work, and enjoy spending time with them outside of work. We work well together and there is not a sense of ego on our team at all. We are truly a team and all pull our weight and are willing to help.
