What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Paid Paid Vacation package

The paid-paid vacation is definitely a highlight. The ability to take a great vacation and maintain work-life balance has really contributed to my ability to be all-in in my work. We also have low prices for benefits and I feel that I am compensated fairly.

Paid paid vacation makes it so I am able to travel and not feel bad for missing work!!!

Paid Paid Vacation! They give you $2000 to go on vacation every year. Also, 20 days of PTO, 11 paid holidays, and your birthday off makes it pretty easy to use that money for a long trip!

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is one of my favorite things about coming into work. My team is entertaining, hardworking, very collaborative, humble and open to providing feedback. I feel we make a team effort to improve collectively and individually.

They were very transparent as to where I was, what I should expect in regards to timeline and refreshingly honest.

I loved that they were step by step with you. Telling you they were contacting your references so you were never left wondering what was happening on their end.
