Being more down to earch. They have an attitude where they should not be contacted, or that they are better than everyone which causes stagnation in the company. Also, they do nothing to encourage promotional opportunities for persons they deem as their "non-favorites". A very caustic atmosphere.

When coworkers quit, their positions are not backfield quick enough, and when they are filled, the training new hires receive is inadequate to handle the roll, leading them to quit, which puts more work on my plate but no additional compensation for that increased work load.

When new nurses were hired, they were hired at a higher pay scale than I currently earn and I was never raised to that level of earnings. We are told that we are not to discuss how much we make with other nurses or we could get fired - now I know why.

It's not transparent at all in the application process and interviews are painfully predictable. They are also often window dressing as candidates are pre-selected. Much of it seems pointless. There is also no/terrible feedback protocols.
