Because of the salary re-allignmet which the newbies also get the same paid with the tenured agents.

I feel undervalued with regards on the salary. and I will better if they raise our salary.

As a tenured employee, I observed that the salary for some newly hired are higher than the tenured one. It makes us unvalued because we are now never receiving any salary increase unlike before like OPR.

In my a few team members, there is somehow one couple. I think couple should be filled with love and provide peacefulness to the team. However, what's wrong, they expand discode in the team, and are making problems. I would like to remove one of them into other department.

Replace the TL of IRT team. Shes toxic and thats the whole reason why so many people resigning at the same time. For those who are still hired won't survive that long at this rate.
