I feel as a team leader we are getting paid less. We work so hard and heavy load on our plate the difference between agent and tl salary is not much. Feeling very hard to survive as economy har risen. Being tl is hard not complaining but atlest we deserve to get paid fairly that will also help

In my a few team members, there is somehow one couple. I think couple should be filled with love and provide peacefulness to the team. However, what's wrong, they expand discode in the team, and are making problems. I would like to remove one of them into other department.
