The interview process went pretty smooth and the recruiters were probably the most knowledgeable of the company and they tried to help prepare you for the job you were signing up for

I would change a lot of things. The management, the process in moving up in the company, the communication is the most important thing that needs to be worked on

Horrible. They are not understanding when things happen in people's lives.

Never met the CEO. The company is ran poorly. It's more of a popularity thing, that's the only way to move up in the company.
