They do not feel "better" or "more important" than anyone else. Of course they have more authority over decisions and changes but that is because of experience at the company not superiority over anyone. We are all treated as important here. It is awesome!

What is the best part about your compensation package?

They are always adjusting how they pay/benefits to be fair to both the company and the employees. I am newly married and I would never be able to support myself and my new family without the INCREDIBLE and uncomparable benefits and pay that this company provides
