Leadership is really easy to talk to. If you do have a concern they are there to hear it. They are also involved enough with the day to day operations of the company that they are aware of you and what you're working on

They are always friendly and say hello when I see them around the office! I appreciate the unity within leadership as well

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health benefits are very good.

Unlimited PTO, free life insurance, comprehensive medical package.

Benefits and paid time off

Getting paid fairly on top of the extra benefits like company activities, team activities, paid lunches, etc.

They are always adjusting how they pay/benefits to be fair to both the company and the employees. I am newly married and I would never be able to support myself and my new family without the INCREDIBLE and uncomparable benefits and pay that this company provides

There's currently no monthly bonus or monetary incentive for my department

Pay is a little low, but they provide a great opportunity to learn and grow within the company.

my manager treats us all like were expendable. He's only out for himself. The low pay and no pto make me want to leave too

I think one of the best things is that almost everyone is willing to help and work hard for success. But we can also joke around and have fun together

We come from all walks of life, but strive to live our core values of candor, craftsmanship, positivity and respect.

Super friendly and willing to help when needed.

They are all kind and wonderful people who like to have fun but also can buckle down and work when it is needed.

I can go to anyone on my team and talk to them about their life, things they like to do, etc.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone is so friendly! You can honestly talk to anyone in the company, no matter their position, and everyone is willing to help you.

Everyone from all departments are so friendly, whether that is in willingness to help you in your duties or in just getting to know you as a person.

The people I work with, every one here is so happy and wants to be here. I have yet to hear a bad thing about the company.

We are relaxed, but also we know when to work and when we need to get going.

One of our important core values at REDX is positive attitude. As we continue to have a positive attitude throughout the day, it give us the ability to lift each other up as well as have working and uplifting communication. We also enjoy celebrating and rewarding our accomplishments at REDX.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It's super casual and really just like having a conversation with the manager to see if you are a good person, fun to be around, hard working, and responsible

We maintained open communication throughout the process and I got great feedback.

I liked that I got to come into the office and meet with multiple people

The interviewer genuinely seemed interested in me and my future plans and helping us both get to where we want to go. It wasn't too stressful, it just felt like a conversation.

I was sold on REDX from the interview. The interviewers helped me understand the excellent ways they conduct business with their customers and how they treat their employees.

The people. I love to work at REDX because of the people that work here.

Having fun with coworkers, enjoying my position, and not having to feel stress.

Being productive and useful! I do not feel like I am doing something pointless, I feel like I am making a difference.
