I've loved being here. I feel like there is a healthy balance of working hard and also taking it slow when I need to. I love my team and I love spending time with them. We spend time together in the office and often outside which is super fun! I love that learning is a huge encouragement as well

I love working at REDX! Management are all very personable and the company is small enough that you can form meaningful relationships with your coworkers. the #1 benefit working here is the work-life balance. It is seldom that you will need to take work home.

  • As a full time employee the company provides ample time off as well as personal and sick days when needed. It's nice to work with professionals that make up a team dedicated to production so we're generally very mindful of when time off is appropriate to ensure we're not taking advantage of the lack of policy.

  • Usually can get my days approved off, they’re not paid but as long as there’s enough people they approve it for the most part.

  • Be 100% honest with us on both your resume and during the interview. Take time to lookup how to type up a resume if you're not sure how since it does help to have a professional looking resume. We are more likely to consider candidates who are respectful and have a positive attitude.

  • We have a super casual environment and I think people sense that and show up to interviews that way eg. dressed in jeans and t-shirt. But first impressions are important, so dress like your taking it seriously. Why not even ask the person you are interviewing what they expect before you show up. After that, demonstrate that you have researched us, you have been on our website and read our blog and watched our videos. Ask questions, be engaged, and be yourself.

  • Unlike all the other call centers I've worked at I don't dread getting out of bed and going to work. The environment is very friendly where we try to hire people not just to get the job done but who will also fit in well with the team so we all interact well together. It's like having a second family at work.

  • I love it. I get to develop my skills, learn from the best, and play on a winning team - and that feels awesome.

  • We have a blast. Typically once a quarter - if we've hit all our quarterly goals - we do crazy stuff like rafting, ziplines, water fights, sledding... fun stuff the employees vote on.

  • The office is designed to allow people to get into a flow and get ample amounts important work done. Most salary positions have private offices, or shared offices with 2-3 people. There are plenty of quiet spaces to find privacy.

  • Perks like snacks, team lunches, billiards, ping-pong, shuffle board, parties, unlimited vacation, etc are nice, but nothing compared to the culture. We're a team of very passionate people who love what we do and know that what we do makes a difference.

  • We work what's necessary to get the job done. There's never an expectation to overwork, just to get it done. This, of course, is all under the culture of family first. I've never missed one of my kid's games or school performances, even when things were busy at work.
