I've loved being here. I feel like there is a healthy balance of working hard and also taking it slow when I need to. I love my team and I love spending time with them. We spend time together in the office and often outside which is super fun! I love that learning is a huge encouragement as well

What's the vibe like in the Customer Support dept at The REDX? How many hours are you working?
Vibe is pretty chill. You can work full time or part time. They are good to work with your schedule. There isn't much room to grow. Each day ends up being a bit tedious and not challenging.

Very knowledgeable, inspiring, and they really want what's best for their employees.
What's the vibe like in the Sales dept at The REDX? How many hours are you working?
I couldn't ask for a better team, work environment, company, or executive team. By far the best job I've ever had.
What is the best part about your compensation package at The REDX?
It's the culture that makes the comp so appealing. I get to go home and be home, no after hours hours.
