    With a few exceptions, I feel that meetings are often missing an agenda to make it clear what pre-planning or thought could be done to make things more efficient.

    I feel as though the knowledge and material we are obtaining is lengthy and very resourceful. Not just anyone can process this resourceful information to assist others. I think our compensation (KPI) can be better.
