What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health benefits are very good.

Unlimited PTO, free life insurance, comprehensive medical package.

Benefits and paid time off

Getting paid fairly on top of the extra benefits like company activities, team activities, paid lunches, etc.

They are always adjusting how they pay/benefits to be fair to both the company and the employees. I am newly married and I would never be able to support myself and my new family without the INCREDIBLE and uncomparable benefits and pay that this company provides

I am currently expecting my first child and they really value women having children. They have certain benefits for you and your child. They also provide a 401K and have other health benefits you can sign up for.

I don't know that I'm the best person to ask about that.

I feel as though the knowledge and material we are obtaining is lengthy and very resourceful. Not just anyone can process this resourceful information to assist others. I think our compensation (KPI) can be better.

There's currently no monthly bonus or monetary incentive for my department

Pay is a little low, but they provide a great opportunity to learn and grow within the company.

my manager treats us all like were expendable. He's only out for himself. The low pay and no pto make me want to leave too

The insurance premium is very expensive and the pay is low compared to similar jobs in Utah Valley. At least they could use the money they're saving on our paychecks to offset some of the premium costs.
