Leadership is really easy to talk to. If you do have a concern they are there to hear it. They are also involved enough with the day to day operations of the company that they are aware of you and what you're working on
They are always friendly and say hello when I see them around the office! I appreciate the unity within leadership as well

They really listen and genuinely want feedback. Everyone is so open and helpful.
They are ALWAYS open to feedback, ideas, concerns. They take that feedback seriously. They do everything they can to make sure the customer, but also the employees are taken care of.
How much they actually care about their employees, if an employee has a concern or question they are more than happy that do what they can to help.
They listen to any and all ideas, are very kind and inclusive.
Everyone's opinion is valued by leadership, no matter what position they are in.
Personable and care about the individual.
They do not feel "better" or "more important" than anyone else. Of course they have more authority over decisions and changes but that is because of experience at the company not superiority over anyone. We are all treated as important here. It is awesome!

I feel like they're willing to listen to our concerns.
They are great listeners. You can open up to them knowing they will not judge but listen, sympathize and try to help find solutions with you. They will answer any question even if you have asked them the same question more then once. They want to help us progress and do our best every single day.
