What are some of the best things about your team?
I think one of the best things is that almost everyone is willing to help and work hard for success. But we can also joke around and have fun together
We come from all walks of life, but strive to live our core values of candor, craftsmanship, positivity and respect.
Super friendly and willing to help when needed.
They are all kind and wonderful people who like to have fun but also can buckle down and work when it is needed.
I can go to anyone on my team and talk to them about their life, things they like to do, etc.
We have an amazing culture! people are not just hired because we need bodies, we are thoroughly interviewed to make sure that we will fit in with the company. We are all friends and work to always support each other. Even after going to at home/online work, I feel supported by my in office cowers

Our team is very close knit as we understand each other's stress. Everyone is willing to help and answer your questions. We have good times and are able to joke with each other while keeping a clean and comfortable environment. We go over our core values everyday as we all try to maintain them.

With a few exceptions, I feel that meetings are often missing an agenda to make it clear what pre-planning or thought could be done to make things more efficient.
