We maintained open communication throughout the process and I got great feedback.

The interviewer genuinely seemed interested in me and my future plans and helping us both get to where we want to go. It wasn't too stressful, it just felt like a conversation.

I was sold on REDX from the interview. The interviewers helped me understand the excellent ways they conduct business with their customers and how they treat their employees.

When I was interviewed it was very clear that they wanted someone that would actually "fit in" having the right attitude and having the drive to do the job. A lot of companies just want someone to do the work and not someone that wants to do the work and will do more than just that.

It was comfortable, they asked constructive questions, and seemed like they had genuine value in what I had to bring to the company

What I liked most was how open they were about wanting someone that flits their core values and can make sure they am willing to uphold them. I knew this was not an average company but that they value each other. The interviewing process made me want to be a part of this company at the beginning.

Meeting every manager that I would be working with and talking to several different people so I could get a good feel for the company as well as them getting a good feel for me.
