I feel as though the knowledge and material we are obtaining is lengthy and very resourceful. Not just anyone can process this resourceful information to assist others. I think our compensation (KPI) can be better.

my manager treats us all like were expendable. He's only out for himself. The low pay and no pto make me want to leave too
