I feel as though based on location of job & salary we are definitely on the lower end of the spectrum. In comparison to some competitors we are also paid much less. However, many come here willing to sacrifice pay to an extent to work with awesome people and have a great work/life balance. Gym!

Our motto is #BetterEveryDay - and it's corny but it's true! I love being surrounded by people who genuinely want to become better every day. A better manager, a better spouse, a better parent, a cleaner lifestyle, etc.

The "crush it" calls. Every Friday we all stop working at 4pm and gather in the center of the floor and "crush," or basically shout out a fellow team member. We then state one thing that we are grateful for. It is the best thing ever!
