Communicating the priorities for the company, and understanding the amount of resources it will require to execute. It appears as though individuals are stretched too thin because there is not a clear understanding of the highest priority projects are. Everything seems to be a priority.

I feel as though based on location of job & salary we are definitely on the lower end of the spectrum. In comparison to some competitors we are also paid much less. However, many come here willing to sacrifice pay to an extent to work with awesome people and have a great work/life balance. Gym!

The "crush it" calls. Every Friday we all stop working at 4pm and gather in the center of the floor and "crush," or basically shout out a fellow team member. We then state one thing that we are grateful for. It is the best thing ever!

It took long but I liked that they took time to make sure I would make a good fit for the company which when hired I knew I was fit for the job for a reason.
