  • Not enough. Unstructured bonus pay with lack of productive feedback

  • Not enough. Everyone is underpaid and leadership is aware and ok with it. Raises are denied even after wearing multiple hats and asked to do more than what you were hired for.

  • Sean Kelly is great at inspiring people to be better everyday. Our employees excel at wearing many different hats and executing on every single task. They are a true testament to living our core value, grit without ego. There is some room for improvement on maintaining company wide engagement and culture.

  • Lots of trust in our CEO. He sets the tone for the culture here, and walks the talk.

  • Sean doesn't expect anything from any of us that he wouldn't expect of himself--he sets the bar high, but he "lives" the same standard he sets for all of us.
