Great vibe at SnackNation. Everyone is extremely dedicated. Things can be challenging, it's not an easy job, but people are very positive and excited to improve themselves and the company.

It’s always loud. Gongs and bells going off when’s deals are closed, music is loud. Makes it hard to concentrate. People are super friendly.

Upper management needs a shuffle
Onboarding: bring back the old process when introducing new hires. (Tunnel, smoke, enthusiasm)
Leadership should do what whey say they do. They should really care about the people

What's the pay like for IT roles at Caroo?
Subpar
Not enough. Unstructured bonus pay with lack of productive feedback
Not enough. Everyone is underpaid and leadership is aware and ok with it. Raises are denied even after wearing multiple hats and asked to do more than what you were hired for.
What's the vibe like in the IT dept at Caroo? How many hours are you working?
Mix of characters and personalities but a fun, stressed, overworked bunch
Stressful. There’s a lack of “culture” from leadership. Most people work 10-12 hr days
Everyone is always under pressure. There is no team culture and leadership does nothing to improve it. Everyone one works more that 8 hours/day
How flexible is your work schedule at Caroo?
Very flexible. As long as you hit your goals, you can essentially make your own schedule.

CEO, CMO. Two rounds of interviews. Whole process took about two weeks.

The Head of Human Elevation, COO and CEO (all on separate occasions). I was job offered the following week.

Twice per year after reaching a certain tenure...based on performance, but specifics can vary by department.

Sean Kelly is great at inspiring people to be better everyday. Our employees excel at wearing many different hats and executing on every single task. They are a true testament to living our core value, grit without ego. There is some room for improvement on maintaining company wide engagement and culture.
Lots of trust in our CEO. He sets the tone for the culture here, and walks the talk.
Sean doesn't expect anything from any of us that he wouldn't expect of himself--he sets the bar high, but he "lives" the same standard he sets for all of us.

Team members are cool and know their stuff!
He people are awesome! Always doing their best and wanting to help. Despiste poor leadership, the team is able to succeed and help each other out

Bad. There’s a huge lack of empathy and constructive feedback. You’re lucky to get specific feedback at all.
