Currently working 45 hours a week. The vibe is awesome! People are always willing to help and answer any questions.

What's the vibe like in the Marketing dept at Caroo? How many hours are you working?
Marketing is known as a high performing team that almost always hits or exceeds goals. There are high expectations, but lots of support. Everyone has a different area of expertise, and we come together to make something that we couldn't do on our own. We're tightly knit and have a lot of fun too. Work 40-50 hours per week on average.
How's the morale at Caroo?
I think it's pretty high, meaning that people seem to enjoy the work they're engaged in and are able to see their efforts against the "big picture" of the company's direction.

One of the more diverse companies I've worked at--would . like to see more woman in leadership VP, C-level roles...
What's the office layout like at Caroo?
Completely open. Outside of the CEO and COO, there are no offices, so the VPs and Managers are "in the trenches" with fonrt line team members, so the leadership is right there in the thick of it.
