How employees describe working at Caroo
Caroo is great at hiring incredible people, but horrible at creating an environment to keep them. The culture is prone to over hiring, over spending and firing instead of conserving funds and training/promoting from within.

Review from Product Dept
I've never experienced a place quite like Caroo. From my very first day, I was greeted with such friendly, positive attitudes from the leadership team to the departments I'd rarely work with. Seems like they play favorites, or very randomly. There doesn’t seem to be a structure for tha even though leadership says there is
I'm not entirely certain, as I've not been here very long, but I don't see anyone in a position he or she isn't suited for, and I've not experienced anyone leaving because they "passed over."

Too much work, not enough life
To date, the work-life balance for me has been exactly where it needs to be--work hard when I'm at the office Monday through Friday and then complete decompression time during the weekends.

What's the interview process like at Caroo?
Fun and cool
For me, it was pretty standard: a phone interview with HR, and then two on-site interviews with the department VP and members of the team. From start to finish it was professional, and I always felt everyone's interest in me as a candidate and what I could bring to SnackNation.
What part of Caroo's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?

I think Sales and MST are probably growing the fastest, which is great because it means bringing on new clients AND retaining the ones we already have. I don't think any one "part" is having any more difficulties than any other--we're all in hyper growth mode and looking to improve our customer, branding, and product-provider experience.
