Review from Sales Dept
Our leadership team is very easy to approach and transparent
They are transparent, caring, and have a good vision for where they want to take the company.
Review from Product Dept
Their daily transparency and optimism
Review from Marketing Dept
Honest, transparent communication and very innovative
Review from Sales Dept
The leadership team is able to come up with ideas to adapt with the changing times.
Less promotion of toxic masculinity within the office.
Review from Customer Support Dept
They should implement when people give solutions to team struggles.
Review from Sales Dept
For sales: yes, it is a numbers game but also look at what people bring to the team qualitatively. There is a crazy high turnover rate, it stinks to see people go so quick
Review from Sales Dept
Consistency in the message that they relay to the teams.
Hearing issues and actually making a change
Its very competitive to the market
Unlimited PTO, medical, dental, vision.
Review from Product Dept
My base salary and commission structure is very nice
Review from Sales Dept
Insurance benefits - medical/dental/vision/life Insurance
Free health care! Great maternity policy.
Review from Engineering Dept
Better transparency on equity distribution, better healthcare benefits
I feel as though based on location of job & salary we are definitely on the lower end of the spectrum. In comparison to some competitors we are also paid much less. However, many come here willing to sacrifice pay to an extent to work with awesome people and have a great work/life balance. Gym!
Review from Customer Support Dept
I think they have unrealistic goals (beyond just difficult to achieve ones, actually unattainable) and underpay for the amount of work we put.
Review from Sales Dept
A more competitive base salary for the industry.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Equity transparency (valuation), competitive compensation, and better healthcare
Caroo is great at hiring incredible people, but horrible at creating an environment to keep them. The culture is prone to over hiring, over spending and firing instead of conserving funds and training/promoting from within.
Review from Customer Support Dept
collaboration and opportunity to be creative with them
You know your ideas are respected. You feel appreciated by everyone.
Review from Marketing Dept
Friendly, supportive, motivating, inspiring, teamwork
Review from Sales Dept
Our open communication and willingness to help each other.
I feel grateful that I get to work with people I truly consider to be my friends.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Coming prepared to meetings. Some meeting could be handled over email.
Review from Sales Dept
better use of meeting time - more efficient communication
Overall department and company team are very passive aggressive. A lot of distracting others from their work for things that end up not being important to anyone.
Review from Engineering Dept
It stems from Management. They pit us against each other rather than encourage cooperation.
Review from Marketing Dept
collaboration across all departments, work life balance and being a tight-knit family
People from every department being so supportive of each other. And the friendly check-ins from coworkers.
Review from Marketing Dept
It's like a big family and very inclusive.
Review from Sales Dept
Everyone for the most part is very friendly
Review from Customer Support Dept
The interpersonal interactions I have with my team. We truly care about one another.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Encourage more equality towards men and women.
I would like to see more bounding between teams
Review from Marketing Dept
Helplessness needs to be addressed, no one tries to solve their own problems unless it directly relates to a promotion, leaning on others is fine, relying on them means you cannot function in your role on your own merits.
Review from Engineering Dept
Encourage a more positive, welcoming, cooperative environment. Too many times people think they have to throw others under the bus and that is toxic.
Review from Marketing Dept
They wanted to get to know me and what skills I can bring to the table vs asking tricky questions
It didn't feel like an interview, but more of a friendly conversation.
Review from Marketing Dept
They really wanted to know about me and my personal and professional goals.
Review from Sales Dept
Got to talk to leadership. Felt more like a conversation than an interview.
Review from Engineering Dept
It took long but I liked that they took time to make sure I would make a good fit for the company which when hired I knew I was fit for the job for a reason.
Review from Customer Support Dept
I felt like they strung me along for a few months so a little less unknown would be nice during that process.
Review from Sales Dept
Have a clear understanding of growth trajectory that aligns with management's expectations.
Review from Customer Support Dept
the opportunity to be creative, collaborate with various departments and opportunity to grow
Completion of a project and the celebration of our hard work.
Review from Marketing Dept
Helping people through our offerings
Review from Sales Dept
When the team is able to meet deadlines.
The people i work with and the autonomy I have.
Review from Engineering Dept
There is always some lack of communication. Not everyone is on the same page all the time
Review from HR Dept
Nothing to improve! I am not the type of person to get excited about going to work every day.
Review from Product Dept
REALISTIC SQO QUOTAS FOR SDR'S. I completely understand having high expectations but 40 SQOs in a month is not possible in my opinion. Every SDR beleives this and if the quota was more realistic, SDRs would be more motivated to hit goal. Most people assume 40 sqo's is not possiblle - discouraging
Review from Sales Dept
High turnover rates are scary (see previous). It makes people second guess at times
Review from Sales Dept
I think there are favorites that get what they ask for and those that are out of the clique fend for themselves.
Growth opportunity in career is massive here.
Review from HR Dept
There are gaps in communication. Nobody is ever on the same page.
