I believe our compensation packages are competitive in the marketplace, and are directly tied to quarterly goal performance. It's clear to me every quarter how I performed and how that will equate to my compensation. I truthfully never feel worried about this.

I feel as though based on location of job & salary we are definitely on the lower end of the spectrum. In comparison to some competitors we are also paid much less. However, many come here willing to sacrifice pay to an extent to work with awesome people and have a great work/life balance. Gym!

honest and more realistic quotas, we are paid based off a % to quota, SDR quotas are unrealistic and it makes it nearly impossible to earn commission. In my time here i have never seen an SDR hit (or even achieve 75%) of their SQO quota
