The people! The people are amazing which makes everything so much fun and rewarding!

Just getting to walk through the office and feeling the atmosphere of people really getting along! Great energy!

Everyone works really well together and is open to feedback. Everyone brings different things to the table and people are always willing to help each other out in and out of the office.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very open to feedback and very transparent. They like to make sure that we always know most of what is going on. This allows the whole office to share success & motivates everyone to work harder!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though based on location of job & salary we are definitely on the lower end of the spectrum. In comparison to some competitors we are also paid much less. However, many come here willing to sacrifice pay to an extent to work with awesome people and have a great work/life balance. Gym!
