What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe our compensation packages are competitive in the marketplace, and are directly tied to quarterly goal performance. It's clear to me every quarter how I performed and how that will equate to my compensation. I truthfully never feel worried about this.

Encourage a more positive, welcoming, cooperative environment. Too many times people think they have to throw others under the bus and that is toxic.
