Their grit to work through any challenge and bust down any barrier with seemingly ease and excitement, matched with their ability to be mindful, kind visionaries with a flair for transparency and care for the whole humans that work here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe our compensation packages are competitive in the marketplace, and are directly tied to quarterly goal performance. It's clear to me every quarter how I performed and how that will equate to my compensation. I truthfully never feel worried about this.
