Not competitive compared to similar modeled agencies in the area. Holidays are worked both in office and stores, while every other agency is closed in the area. No sick pay/time at all.

todays economy one has to make at least 10 bucks an hour or more just to keep the basic bills paid. the company wants you to work like ur being pd 10-12 an hour but in reality only pays you 8 an hour.
