What are some of the best things about your team?

I get along with most some I get aggravated with but we manage to make through a day

There are 2 meetings, the first goes over numbers of each of our store departments, the second goes over store operation. We have a team of people consistently ready to help us make goal.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Most coworkers are attempting to resell products which is against goodwill policy. Because of their involvement in the reselling they improperly price products losing possible profit for goodwills mission

Stop whining and work and their numbers might be better.

They would like to be treated with dignity.

Less socializing and more doing their jobs. The favoritism is the problem as well as the managers at my store don't pay attention to make sure they are working.
