My customers especially my regular customers they come in every day or three times a week at least
Seeing my regulars. Helping people make selections and help them find what they are looking for. No problems with the register terminals is a plus too. Seeing my co-workers.

goodwill has a bad reputation of not being a good charity to donate to. Goodwill should show more proof of what it does with donations and money recieved from store sales
Remove the current store manager so that branch can succeed.
Employees getting more respect from corporate
The condition of the store is nasty. They come back tho because they grab good finds. But they complain about the store's lack of cleanness
Pay living wage. Sell at better prices. Stop being greedy when annual revenue is well into the millions. Doesn't sound like a company that's trying to help.
Too late to save a sinking ship
The donors are misinformed about what happens to thier donations
