We try to make it remain positive we talk to each other in postive manner

The deparyment I work in is passionate and works well together.

open door and communication is two way

Review from Operations Dept

Young or old coworkers respect each other

That is the diverse in every way

Everyone thinks positively and they dont get in your way

We all get along well. Many cultures and genders. I've learned a lot and all of it has been positive.

Others are always willing to help.

Nothing at all, it is a negative atmosphere.

Everyone is positive and cares about making a difference in the community

cool people who bring good energy to the team. even if the conditions we work under aren't fair a lot of the people are fun to talk to and be around

Nothing. Management is horrible. Customers are theives.

Meeting new people and shoppers

I can say nothing good with it

Its all about how mangers treat you and the pay

The customers and our point system

Everyday we get to empower Arkansans throughout the state and contribute to communities. Sustainability is a part of our corporate DNA.

People Care about service and helping people.

Review from Executive Dept

We are treated well, and get the support that we need, and they show us appreciation and sometimes surprise us and give us paid holidays off with pay and even Christmas Eve off with pay, they are really good to us and have a College Assistance program for Full-Time employees, and a 403-b retirement

Review from Sales Dept

the regular customers and stable enviorment

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The whole agencies is a lie they need to stop promoting that they help people when they themselves don't even hire someone cause of a small record their fake

I feel that more structure is needed

More money and positive people

Management team that is trained better.

Review from Sales Dept

Better staffing and management in the store

Review from Sales Dept

Everything. The management structure, the pay, the workload. Everything.

Review from Sales Dept

everything about the company needs work

Review from Sales Dept

Allow employees to rate their supervisors with them not having any access to the reviews and for the identity of the employee to remain confidential. Then they could investigate the allegations, especially if they are more serious. It's essential that upper management actually follow up.

Review from Sales Dept

Better area to work in. Some place that has ventilation.

Review from Admin Dept

It's downright venomous at every level of the company (by which I mean Goodwill Keystone Area- the charity). It would take strong leadership at multiple levels and I'm afraid it just doesn't have that. It's too much of a bother to have people behave professionally.

Review from Sales Dept

a different manager someone with workplace experience and some people skills.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Better pay, reteach people about mental illnesses, and no bullying.

Review from Sales Dept

How things are ran. Being watched constantly kept to one section alone with nothing to do is not a good way to work for as little as you get working here

Review from Sales Dept

The ceo needs to change.

Review from Executive Dept

celebrate employees and their strengths

Review from Sales Dept

co-workers are ok, however the management is pitifully inept and incompetent

Review from Sales Dept

There is too much expected, too fast, too small of a staff. The stores are running on bare bones because corporate cuts positions to save money, while raising prices (which is causing them to lose even more, but they don't seem to realise it).

Review from Operations Dept

Better pay and more chances to advance.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The basic ideas of how to work if one doesnt do their job. Someone else has to do that persons job and theirs

Review from Sales Dept

repair the equipment and get the departments their own separate tools
