Theyre nice and always kind

open door and willing to communicate

Review from Operations Dept

Connections with employees is effective

They work with all the employees and they help out all the employees they don't leave any of us employees in the dark

Review from Product Dept

They truly care about their workers.

They do their best to keep give people long term employment

They are open to ideas change and helping each other grow.

Understanding, fait, and they care about their employees

They are very courteous and professional.

Focused, eye on the ball, and by the book. But also kind and understanding and accommodating

Review from Sales Dept

They are always there to support me and they help me work through my personal problems and provide help to make my situation better

They work very collaboratively and empower me to grow. Our CEO supports upward mobility so much that he'd recommend someone to a new company if it meant their growing in their career.

There mostly understanding and willing to work with u

They truly care about you

Review from Product Dept

Theyre down to earth and hardworking

Leadership team is compassionate and understanding. Everyone's always working toward improvement.

The way they treat others is fair, to say the least.

Accuracy is important to me

Fair to everyone and is very understanding and is a go getter

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Being human and caring about humans

Listening to the frontline employees

Treating people better with respect

Not over stuffing the racks so that floor work can be done in the time expected. Company pet- bullies need to be wrote up for bullying.

Less computer training and more hands-on training more talk about rules and regulations explaining things to details and not making rules as something happens. It's like they make rules or something happens.

Understanding that different workers have different roles. I'm not able to remain productive and content at work if I'm constantly having to worry about meaningless rules that are only used to lessen morale and control workers, like dress codes or forcing introverted employees to be more social.

Better training, poor work environment

Review from Sales Dept

Accountability for all the employees

Better communication skills being more open minded and stop putting unreasonable expectations on employees

Empowering their employees, not because I said so attitude

They need to get better at taking notice when someone with special needs is being targeted by their coworkers.

Fairness. Empathy. Equality. Transparency. Attitude

Review from Admin Dept

Hiring people with a soul

paying us more money for start

Communication with all current employees

Review from Operations Dept

Better Training Better Management Better Vigilance off sight

Paying better wages for employees instead of enjoying double digit increases for the top 5 st management

Removing the current store manager, for starters, to boost employee morale, putting in one who doesn't manage based on personal whims but it a people person, playing on the same team as her employees.

We need more pay. Handle customer conflictd

Need more respect for employees and be fair with all employees
