What did you like most about the interview process?

I had no issues if I had questions they were right there and helpful they had me look forward to being a new employee

I was told I would be the 1st employee to see the store completely empty, that I got the job just from interning at other jobsites.

It was thorough and fair.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Pay for potential employees to have a drug test - don't wait until they almost die from handling new goods textiles from China and then go " oh yeah, we need your pee." I am quite sure my smoking pot after work didn't cause an allergic reaction. New Goods from Goodwill are TOXIC!!!!

Make it little more comfortable with the manages doing the interview

Encourage the applicant to seek employment elsewhere

They need to look for people who want to work.
