Less computer training and more hands-on training more talk about rules and regulations explaining things to details and not making rules as something happens. It's like they make rules or something happens.
It was hard comiting yes or no, for this one, I get PTO, employee discount & a bonus when our store is meeting sales goal.

Most coworkers are attempting to resell products which is against goodwill policy. Because of their involvement in the reselling they improperly price products losing possible profit for goodwills mission

I had no issues if I had questions they were right there and helpful they had me look forward to being a new employee

Pay for potential employees to have a drug test - don't wait until they almost die from handling new goods textiles from China and then go " oh yeah, we need your pee." I am quite sure my smoking pot after work didn't cause an allergic reaction. New Goods from Goodwill are TOXIC!!!!
