Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Our department was the hardest working in the store, yet we got the least pay and were treated the worst by our management team. Better treatment and pay, plus more generous breaks, and small things like letting us keep water nearby would be nice.

Everyone is paid equally regardless of what part of the store they work in. There are places where the work is a lot harder but everyone gets paid the same no matter how much work they do.

we used to have better employee apprecation, 40% off day, a store party once a year, or appreciation during the holidays for the extra time we are putting in there and not with our families, and its hard to now see that appreciation in any form

we have some members of our team that have a serious attitude problem, they project it on other team members and the customers and the store leadership allows it. We have customers who talk to us so poorly and leadership allows them to continue to shop with us and talk to us in horrible ways.

i honestly dont even know anymore. the whole moral and culture of the store has been lost since they first did the dramatic layoffs 2 or 3 years ago. i dont think they can ever regain what they had, they got too big and too corporate.

Too much time is wasted on computers, no interactions with customers or team. no more quality standards on products, just push Prime. company needs to go back to basics care about the community it is in, teach people about healthy eating again. Education would get more customers than promoting Prime
