
The panel interview process is scary for candidates, but the most fair procedure I've experienced. It is truly unique in selecting the best candidate. I enjoy the due diligence process where you are encouraged to converse with panel members before the actual interview

There should be diversity recruiters. Also, there isnt any followup theiughout the process and very little communication. The recruiters will reach out to you and sometimes before they can even set up an interview, they stop responding. That's unacceptable, YOU reached out to ME.
