Leadership should be diverse. Leadership is at least 65% white. The company has no diversity, equity & inclusion department or programs. HR needs to be 1-step above Ops. Not because they deserve authority, but the HR people are too afraid to make change because of the power imbalance.

Too much time is wasted on computers, no interactions with customers or team. no more quality standards on products, just push Prime. company needs to go back to basics care about the community it is in, teach people about healthy eating again. Education would get more customers than promoting Prime
