Review from HR Dept
They seem human. There's an authenticity in their work ethic and team building.
Review from HR Dept
They seem honest and transparent. There are a lack of egos from the majority of the group.
Review from HR Dept
The open-door policy is very real. You can tell they genuinely care about you as a person.
Review from HR Dept
They see me as part of their family, not just a worker. I feel like I belong here and comforatable with the team.
Review from HR Dept

Our leadership team builds up our culture!
Review from HR Dept
They are true to what we say we are, and demonstrate it in their actions and transparency.
Review from Admin Dept
Communication clear vision from top to bottom. Communicate and execute plan to improve TM benefits, pay scales, and work life balance.
Review from Retail Dept
Theres almost no point in providing feedback because WFM wont do anything about it. We have an annual employee engagement survey and years pass by and you dont feel, see or hear any change. Emails go out saying "we are changing, we care, we are doing XYZ" but XYZ is ineffective and does nothing
Review from Operations Dept
Our senior leadership are unwilling to accept data that does not align with their view of the company and our team members. They dismiss feedback that doesn't fit their narrative and keep us from meeting team member needs. team members who are quitting know why and we should listen.
Review from HR Dept
Having Single Threaded owners for faster decisions
Review from Engineering Dept
Some in leadership have completely lost sight of the WFM culture and have become overly focused on performance metrics just for the sake of getting bigger bonuses and notoriety for themselves at the expense of the company culture and its people. This is now showing up in attrition rates and lay-offs
Review from Engineering Dept
Understanding company culture that existed before their arrival.
Review from IT Dept
Acknowledging social issues would be a good start. WFM won't take a stand on 'Black Lives Matter' or any racial justice issues. They won't even officially sponsor black team members to be highlighted on internal websites. The DI task force is an eyewash initiative.
Review from IT Dept
Understanding that our benefits need to change. Communication needs to be better.
Review from IT Dept
Scheduling and hiring full time. Training is horrible
Review from Customer Support Dept
Listening to suggestions offered by team members.
Review from Sales Dept
Management was very abusive verbally to employees. They also tended to find ways to terminate the employment of people they disliked based on fairly arbitrary factors.
Review from Customer Support Dept
They need to work, not stand around and talk or reset the displays twice a day.
Review from Sales Dept
They didn’t promote people based on merit or reasoning skills army store. They cared more about who fit with the image they wanted for the department/store even if it meant sacrificing employee happiness/ morale. My manager was totally incompetent
Review from Sales Dept
my store leadership does not support our team. it is a daily frustration
Review from Customer Support Dept
Listening to their workers and addressing their needs promptly and empathetically.
Review from Product Dept
Too much time on computers never on floor to help with customers.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Leadership is disjointed, but positive. They try to place employee needs first, but often times come up short on organization.
Review from Sales Dept
Leadership should create more room to move up
