During the holidays people are hired in groups and get basically an orientation all together in a large room. The call and say to come for an interview but they need to be more forthright about it being a group thing because it was off putting.

Unattainable or extremely difficult goals. Work loads are overly excessive. Lack of trust with management. Hire more workers. Pay part time workers better. Implement better and more consistent dispatching. Take care of your employees first and they will take care of your business. Proven fact!
