I do like this job, it gets crazy during the holidays but with the fast pace I end up losing weight instead of gaining in the winter and it's definetly more healthy to work there than being a homemaker.

What makes you most happy at work?
I like being able to load trucks while listening to podcasts or audiobooks, it's great to be able to entertain myself while working long and strenous hours.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
During the holidays people are hired in groups and get basically an orientation all together in a large room. The call and say to come for an interview but they need to be more forthright about it being a group thing because it was off putting.
