Overall they respect staff and they ALL- from top to bottom are constantly rotated forever

COMMUNICATION! I’ve never seen an entire team of supervisors with such lack of communication skill

Communication, honesty and listening to their people. Having been a part of the "back to office" committee, which was dissolved abruptly when the mandate was enforced, it was very clear none of the executive team cared about the associates and their needs. Meetings are still virtual from cubes.
