Nothing.Be honest. Patience with new people

Consistency of process for all departments and functions, complying to communicated dates (not leaving candidates wondering if they are still considered), less focus on quotas and more on competences, and add objectivity / remove personal preferences from the process

I had several interviews when I interviewed. I don't believe that was needed, but otherwise it was fair.

Have live people interview people and bring back HR.

UPS should interview based on the skills needed

More interactive and job-specific rather than the center manager gossiping the entire time about her issues with current employees

Interviews are mostly conducted by employees without the appropriate training. There should be specially trained staff for this.
