Review from Operations Dept
They basically just gave me the job because they need bodies for the meat grinder.
Interviews (internal) are conducted by a team of peers rather than a single manager
That they where very understanding
The knowledge the information and safety highlights
The process was very quick question
That they pretended to care.
the hiring manager was also my manager
Review from Customer Support Dept
Felt comfortable meeting and speaking with the management team.
Easy and straightforward to what is expected.
Review from Operations Dept
Many Questions they ask are more about character
Use a human being. People would rqther talk to an actual human being
I would never interview again, it’s way too unprofession
Review from IT Dept
make it more in person, hands on.
Review from Operations Dept
Make the interview process local.
Review from Operations Dept
Nothing.Be honest. Patience with new people
Consistency of process for all departments and functions, complying to communicated dates (not leaving candidates wondering if they are still considered), less focus on quotas and more on competences, and add objectivity / remove personal preferences from the process
I realy ding care at all
Review from Marketing Dept
cant get promoted cant get hours cant get pay
I had several interviews when I interviewed. I don't believe that was needed, but otherwise it was fair.
Have live people interview people and bring back HR.
UPS should interview based on the skills needed
Actually vetting people would be a start
It would be nice to speak to a person and not have everything done online
Supervisors should not be able to make up their own questions or manipulate results.
An actual interview, actual training! So unprofessional
Actually train new hires. Let them learn the correct way
More interactive and job-specific rather than the center manager gossiping the entire time about her issues with current employees
Interviews are mostly conducted by employees without the appropriate training. There should be specially trained staff for this.
Review from Operations Dept
To actually have an interview.
Actually have an interview, and give contact info for HR
