Current Transformation efforts have done nothing to address core issues in the company. There is still a wide skills gap between the same levels of employees yet everyone essentially gets rated/paid the same.

Executive leadership is willfully oblivious to the long term business issues that face the company. They are solely focused on manipulating what they can to maximize their LTIP payouts.
