
Low base pay, too much bonus tied into restricted stock.
Being progressive. Removing red tape. Flatter organizational structure. Too many layers and things take too long to get accomplished.
More movement for millennials. There seems to be a lot of movement at the higher levels but no movement for millennials.
The work is very boring. We are forced to use very old legacy systems that do not talk to each other. There are typically a lot of forms and catches that make for a very cumbersome process.
