Some days the environment is good, other days terrible. They are consistently inconsistent. They often have the "lead with an iron fist" mentality. Building a team approach would be far more successful in my opinion.

Ups gave 5$ raises to new hires and gave the shaft too people who have worked there for longer than few years. Now nobody wants to put in effort cause they know that one guy on his phone is getting paid more and gets a bonus when you do all the work. Will result in strike or decline in work
