What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some days the environment is good, other days terrible. They are consistently inconsistent. They often have the "lead with an iron fist" mentality. Building a team approach would be far more successful in my opinion.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It’s not a lot and new people make as much as I do

I’m doing the job of two supervisors, and being compensated as one because I do such a good job... I deserve to be paid as at least a lead supervisor

In my opinion, the issue is work ethic. The job is a privilege. Work hard for our customers and don't take short cuts.

Simply put, more appreciation. Management needs to show more appreciation of it's employees. Employees need to appreciate great benefits, great pay, good job.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Ups gave 5$ raises to new hires and gave the shaft too people who have worked there for longer than few years. Now nobody wants to put in effort cause they know that one guy on his phone is getting paid more and gets a bonus when you do all the work. Will result in strike or decline in work

Work load is extremely fast and most of the times not enough people to the job

Our manager works us to death in 100+ temperatures & gets mad when we get behind or don’t have time to do things correctly. Also, they don’t go down the seniority line when new jobs open.
