My managers are great. Just the people above them needs to start thinking about us is as people, not numbers, with lives who depend on our jobs. Too easy for them to cut jobs.

Although I could be a paid a little better, and lately Metlife is cutting jobs, and consolidating to certian areas. Feels like im just a number to them, and they arent thinking about thier employees. They are just thinking about thier bottom line. Before that, good company with great benefits.
