Review from Sales Dept

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Understanding requirements and skill-sets associated with the job role and clear definition of the job responsibilities.

Review from Sales Dept

The recruiter I worked with initially no showed to our first call and was late to the rescheduled call. Once we did get on the phone I think she read my resume for the first time during the call. It was disrespectful of my time.

Develop leaders, not bosses. People are afraid of failing and there's no improvement from that.
