The company is deliberately underresourced, staff is exploited, overworked, continuous overload, unpaid overtime.

Majority of coworkers are smart and nice to work with. Problem lies in the chaos and lack of proper management, lack of resources.

Some people should be taught how to communicate with external companies (attorney firms). Some classes should be taught for people that have bad grammar / spelling / verbiage issues, especially when they represent the company.

Not all employees are held to the same standards & rules as others. There is little to no accountability with tenure employees. The company would benefit to train/retrain employees old & new when policies change in their job function to insure everyone if following the same rules/instruction.

Citi is very plugged into current world events and seeks the opinion of their employees on a regular basis. The company regularly scores very high in ethics and integrity as a global financial institution highly regulated by its own employees. They feel the company seeks to do the right thing.

intolerance and sheep mentality. Leaders have to stop lying and encouraging exclusion; employees need to stop adapting to the trend of the moment and dare to speak up and be different, otherwise, this company will never change

Cuts are made before the effect is considered on remaining staff. Example: cuts are made and the remainder are required to take on the excess workflow with no overtime.

Good balance between technical and skills related questions.

I had two different job interviews, but the initial face-to-face versus Zoom was the one that impressed me the most and I accepted. Additionally, the speed at which the second job interview was so much better than the other one.
