Well, firstly it is very relaxed compared to other places. There are no tests to check your IQ or any other tests for that matter. But I am not sure if this is right having seen people they employ.

Apparently customer service and relationship management is the worst they have experienced so far.
Appreciation and fair compensation should be fair to all level. Promotions should ve given to the people who work hard and provide more value to the company not based upon partiality.
Modernize processes and replace old technologies,
Antiquated systems; lack of true innovation in an environment under a consent order, where the only job growth is in control and compliance positions, and where people are promoted based upon skin color and gender. White male employees openly talk about being discriminated against.
Staff cuts. Drive for reduction in workforce as those uucky enough to be left behind will pick up slack
