
Well, firstly it is very relaxed compared to other places. There are no tests to check your IQ or any other tests for that matter. But I am not sure if this is right having seen people they employ.
Good balance between technical and skills related questions.

The entire process was easy and very quick.
I had two different job interviews, but the initial face-to-face versus Zoom was the one that impressed me the most and I accepted. Additionally, the speed at which the second job interview was so much better than the other one.
