Citi Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I'd have been so proud of a leadership team that does not bend to autocratic acts by this administration, such that our values as an institution remain upheld.

Impressive and experienced leadership team

They have the right vision and strategy

helpful, kind, and always makes sure you are not striggling

Smart people that are goal oriented

Potent leadership team with a good vision

They are cooperative and hard working

They are very communicative and respond/listen well

Hands off. They provided the tools and oversight without micromanaging.

Review from Operations Dept

Transparent and communications flow downward

My leader is always available for me. She doesn't micromanage and lets you control your own business.

Respect young talents thats what we love CITI leadership

Team work , Hardwork , helpful , progressive , motivating

Kind, considerate, take time to understand the issues, and work to get it done.

Nothing impressive, no one act like a true leader.

Excellent communication skills. Team players that want to help and improve thier staffs skills

Care about the work but care about the people more

good. not more than that

they make you feel right at home

Very supporting leadership; resonable and collaborative

Review from Finance Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Customer experience, putting their customers first

Recognizing people, not just the chosen few.

Review from Marketing Dept

talk less and work more

Leasership team does not care about employees. There are no opportunities for growth and career progression

Compensating employees, better recognising talent

Focus on employees they are the asset

They need to be more commercial. It is run like a public sector utility.

Leading by example, stepping outside of its blue NYC leftist bubble.

Value the employees Reward good performance Take some opinion about the work load

Communication, cut the nepotism out, and stop taking decisions made by employees to better their lives so personal.

Review from Operations Dept

Caring about their employees and communication.

Review from Sales Dept

Setting a direction and sticking with it for more than 6 months.

Review from Finance Dept

Investment in retaining top talent

Review from IT Dept

Program/Project management, improve communications, governance, etc.

Review from IT Dept

Communication Skills are needed by all !!!

Review from Customer Support Dept

Honesty and cultural progress. Get off the white boys’ club mentality wagon. These guys lie so much is embarrassing, they spend more time in cover-ups than they do in fixing what they've done wro

Review from Operations Dept

The cost cutting across the board has made growth and culture very archaic. In my case my manager has no say in annual bonuses or growth opportunity. My managing director makes all the decision without knowing what I did or what my qualifications are. The culture and cost cutting needs to be reduced

Hire from within. My boss was hired to guide my team but I was more knowledgeable

Review from Operations Dept

internal mobility opportunities at all levels

Promote based on knowledge and not friends/relatives.
