Badly managed,chaotic organization, profit objective makes everything else secondary including employee wellbeing. Continuous reorganisations, yet nothing improves. The entire model needs overhaul and archaic management style together with senior management need to be replaced to achieve change.

Good balance between technical and skills related questions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company is deliberately underresourced, staff is exploited, overworked, continuous overload, unpaid overtime.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Majority of coworkers are smart and nice to work with. Problem lies in the chaos and lack of proper management, lack of resources.
