I wish the company picked up more of the cost of employee benefits. it is quite expensive.

my team is super polite, they are an experts in their roles, they are supporters for everyone (external and internal clients)

Start treating middle management more humanely. Stop trying to continually do more with less without process automation.

I would make it a quicker process. took 5 months then when the offer came I was expected to move and start in 2 weeks.
